207SI / PRIVACY
Your information.
Handled with care.
Effective October 1, 2026. This notice explains how the 207SI website handles inquiries. Project-specific data handling is agreed separately before implementation.
What you share
The inquiry form collects your name, email, business name, message, consent, and any automation plan or package you attach. We use these details to review your request, respond about potential work, and maintain a record of the conversation. Please do not submit sensitive customer information, passwords, or payment details.
Where it goes
Inquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database controlled by the website owner. Cloudflare processes website requests and may process technical connection information to operate and secure its services. The website does not expose a public directory of inquiries.
Browser features and third parties
The workflow lab, calculator, and starting-plan builder run in your browser. Those inputs are not sent to an AI provider. A plan is sent to 207SI only if you attach it to an inquiry and submit the form. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information. No advertising tracker or marketing analytics script is installed by this website.
Spam prevention
The inquiry service temporarily uses a one-way hash of a connection address to limit repeated submissions. We do not save your raw connection address in the inquiry database. Temporary rate-limit records expire and are cleaned up as new submissions arrive.
Use, retention, and choices
Inquiries are used for business communication and are not sold. The owner reviews inquiry records and deletes them when they are no longer needed. You may request access, correction, or deletion by submitting a privacy request through the contact form. Include the email used for your original inquiry. Identity may need to be verified before a request is handled.
Human review
The website's examples and starting plans are preset recommendations. They do not approve customers, make sensitive decisions, send customer messages, or connect to your business accounts. Any real automation requires agreed scope, access, and appropriate review.
